Terms of stay

Prepayment is not contrary to order to stay in our hostel. In some cases, prepayment is required, what will be notified to You. After receipt of payment You will receive confirmation. If within 8 hours of confirmation is not received please contact us. The Deposit is refundable in case of cancellation the day of arrival. The presence of prepayment guarantees your room. Pets are allowed only after written confirmation of the hostel. Additional surcharge 200 RUB/pet.

Booking cancellation	Cancellation without penalty possible the day before arrival, the Deposit in such case is fully refundable.
